A report prepared by the Egyptian Center for Women’s Rights in collaboration with the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA) aiming at understanding the phenomenon of sexual harassment as a form of social violence against women and how this affects their participation in the public sphere. It highlights lessons learned and identifies opportunities for cooperation to enhance efforts among countries in the Arab world, with the purpose of reducing social violence at the legislative level.
